A very interesting numismat attributed to the activities of the hetmans - Khmelnitsky and Doroshenko - in 1650-1674.
In the catalog compiling this subject (Rotyslava Vdovenko) we find this type of portrait (but for the year 1622).
Very nice luster, especially for an issue in inferior silver.
