In French. The text of Tsar Nicholas’s speech at the final session of the Sejm of the Kingdom of Poland in Warsaw in 1830. The Tsar delivered the speech in French. It caused a great stir due to the Tsar’s warning against instigating an uprising. This is a contemporary transcript prepared for a member of the Tyszkiewicz family of Czerwony Dwór. Ink seal: “Czerwony Dwór Archive” with the Leliwa coat of arms.The original archival envelope with a handwritten description has been preserved. In good condition.
