Elene Tolobova - born in 1975 in Vitebsk, Belarus.
1995-2000 - studied at the Department of Design and Fashion of Vitebsk State Technological University.
2004 - scholarship holder of the Polish Minister of Culture "Gaude Polonia".
From 2000 to the present - employee of the WPTU Department of Design and Fashion.
Since 2015 - member of the Belarusian Union of Artists.
She has participated in city, republican, international exhibitions and plein-air events. In her painting technique, she works and operates with the categories and concepts of "line" and "stain" in the multiplicity of their interrelationships. As a proponent of a refined economy of color, she uses color as an additional source of expression, focusing on the monochromatic solution of the picture plane. She draws the viewer's attention primarily to the intellectual layer of the work.
