"Progetto per videoinstallazione". This artwork is a design for the three-dimensional installation "Feuerwald" by Plessi. In this installation, the four elements - water, fire, air and earth - communicate via monitors and connect with the human presence.

Since the late 1960s, Plessi has been interested in the possibilities of using new technologies, new media and modern tools to disseminate images and words in art. The installation, film, videotape and performance works were immediately exhibited at the Venice Art Biennale in 1970, where they were also welcomed in later editions. The artist lives and works in Venice and Mallorca.
