Born in 1959, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. He studied in the studio of battle painter Prof. Michal Bylina. The themes of his works oscillate largely around battle scenes, referring to early painting, and symbolic-fantastic motifs. A recurring motif in his paintings is a melancholy landscape, immersed in a mysterious aura, along which an emotional human figure weaves. Kubski's artistic output includes a number of copies of works by masters of Polish painting, including Chelmonski, Brandt, Wojciech Kossak, Malczewski, Matejko and Podkowiński. His works have been exhibited at national and international exhibitions, including in Austria and France.
