A visually striking high-denomination mark banknote from 1922, though stretched out after being torn crosswise.
The banknote was designed by unknown artists from the PZGR; the watermark is a regular interlaced pattern of stripes.
The banknotes were put into circulation on April 5, 1922; the issuer was the wartime entity Polska Krajowa Kasa Pożyczkowa, which was taken over by the Polish government after the war and treated as a transitional institution.
