Excerpt: "The objectives of the union , such as: cultivating the national, social and comradely military spirit, self-defense of the interests of officers in the armed forces, self-help through the creation of funds: loans, assistance, etc., maintaining communication with sister unions, uniting all existing unions in the country into a single organizational community - should already by themselves encourage colleagues still outside our Union - to apply en masse for membership in our Union. The Management Board is of the opinion that the guidance of the above goals will undoubtedly make it easier for our members to achieve success in their propaganda, which we are calling for today, because concern for the fate and existence of the establishment of which we are members must be shared by all of us."
