In Latin. A wax seal bearing the coat of arms of Stanisław Lubomirski, Starost of Kraków and Voivode of Kraków. Autograph of Judge Hieronim Śmietanka, municipal judge in Kraków and member of the Sejm. Extract from the municipal records of Kraków from 1648. The document concerns Mrzygłód (today part of Myszków), Kuźnica Krzemieńda, and Poręba, near Dąbrowa Górnicza. The text is dedicated to the famous magnate S. Warszycki, Voivode of Mazovia, who defended his fortresses against the Swedes and took part in the defense of Jasna Góra. Also mentioned is the wife of Voivode S. Warszycki, Helena née Wiśniowiecka, the owner of Mrzygłód. Accounts are settled with Eleonora of Rudołtowice Witkowska, wife of Wojciech Miklaszewski and later of Stefan Dembiński, and their families.
