Cieszyn, tel. 268/IV. Most of the photos with handwritten numerical notation in the margins. On one of the pages sticker with information about copyright, number of photos and stamp of publisher and photogr. Photographs in good condition, album pages a little overloaded. Stanislaw Blonski born 1890 in Lutsk. Watercolorist and draughtsman, graduate of the painting school in Penza and Baron Stieglitz's technical school in St. Petersburg. In 1915-22 he served in the army, and in 1923 he came to Poland. Since 1923 he exhibited his watercolor series at exhibitions in Plock, Grudziądz, Wloclawek, Torun, Warsaw, Poznan, Lutsk and Lublin. He was a co-founder and board member of the Society of Lovers of Fine Arts in Torun. He was most popular for his watercolor series Z biegiem Wisły and Śląsk Cieszyński, the photographic reprod. of which are included in this album.
