About the author: Janusz Uklejewski (21.05.1925 Grudziądz - 17.02.2011 Gdynia) photographer and photojournalist. During the occupation he worked as a lab technician at the "A. Zlotnicka" photographic plant in Deblin. From 1945 a press photojournalist, from 1948 to 1952 a photojournalist for the Military Photographic Agency (WAF) in Warsaw, and from 1952 to 1990 associated with the Central Photographic Agency (CAF) in Warsaw with a field branch in Gdansk, numerous individual and collective exhibitions, photographed mainly the Polish coast and maritime subjects, member of the ZPAF since 1951 (Gdansk District of the ZPAF); see extensive biography Photographers 1946-2006 pp. 422-423 and Miedzinski 2021 pp. 481

Item in quite nice condition, slightly damaged corners and a bend in the lower part, moreover on the back (on the verso page) a trace of a former gluing of the photograph
