[...] Characteristic is the way of painting trees with slender branches, slightly agitated water in which pinkish clouds are reflected. The artist masterfully operates various shades of blue, pink and yellow.
The landscape has a horizontal arrangement, like most of Zhukovsky's landscapes. It is painted in color, full of mood, tranquility and calm, which is characteristic of Zhukovsky's landscapes, which rarely introduce more dynamic elements. The painting comes from the Polish period of his work. [...]
