From the cover:
"P.G. Wodehouse is a hugely popular English humorist whose works have entertained readers all over the world for more than half a century.
In Wodehouse's extraordinarily rich oeuvre, the best known is a series of works depicting the farcical adventures of a pair of inseparable characters: a young man from the so-called upper classes, Bertie Wooster, and far superior to his employer in intelligence and knowledge - the servant Jeeves.
Bertie and Jeeves appeared in literature around 1911, and although so much has happened since then, they still fight with despotic aunts, elude possessive fiancés and have various absurd adventures.
In the novel "Much obliged, Jeeves," which was published on the ninetieth anniversary of the writer's birth (he died three years later), Bertie Wooster decides to help his friend Ginger Winship, who is running for a parliamentary seat, but every now and then he gets into very funny trouble."
