Conspiratorial printing. Author [1895-1967] - PPS activist, active in the independence movement, participant in the Warsaw Uprising, publicist, since 1946 in exile. An extensive work written during the German occupation - the fruit of Zaremba's political activity and reflections on the need to build a new social order (from formal democracy to social democracy). The starting point of the author's reflections is a synthetic description of the fundamental socio-political experience of Poland and Europe in the 20th century.
