Born in Vilnius in 1887, died in 1976 in Lublin (Poland). Daughter of Elena Ušpulevičiūtė of Vincent Balzukiewicz, sister of sculptor Bolesław and painter Józef Balzukiewicz. In 1902-1906 she studied at the Vilnius Drawing School, in 1907 in Paris with the painter Olga Boznańska (1865-1940). He painted portraits, landscapes, interiors (often of churches), religious and genre compositions, and floral still-lifes. Portraits are characterised by realism, landscapes by the influence of impressionism. From 1946 he lived in Poland.
