In an interior, a young nude woman is seated on a chaise longue with a greenish velvet cover, slightly elongated, her head resting on her left hand and gazing thoughtfully downwards at the floor, which is covered with a valuable carpet on which several delicate roses lie to the right. Behind her hangs a large reddish-black patterned blanket in front of the wall, under which a naked child gazes at the seated woman. The depiction is reminiscent of a reinterpretation of the popular depiction of Venus and Cupid. Partial frame damage.
