Rozalia Wójcik—born in 1972 in Częstochowa. Painter, illustrator, and designer of applied arts. Graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts in Częstochowa. Member of the Association of Visual Artists – Mazovia Branch.
For many years, she has been engaged in easel painting, consistently developing her own recognizable style, distinguished by its expressiveness, intense color palette, and a wealth of decorative details.
Although a significant part of her work revolves around a magical and surreal world—quaint towns, atmospheric tenement houses, portraits of women, and mysterious cats—an equally important aspect of her artistic practice is her painting of flowers and still lifes. In these series, the artist reveals another side of her sensibility, based on an intuitive interplay of light, color, and texture. Her flowers radiate energy, movement, and expressiveness, while her still lifes become a space of tranquility, harmony, and reflection on the beauty of everyday life.
Rozalia Wójcik has developed her own unique painting technique based on multi-layered application, the expressive texture of the canvas, and an ornamental approach to composition. All strands of her work—whether fairy-tale-like and surrealist, floral, or devoted to still life—are united by an attention to detail, the rhythm of forms, the intensity of colors, and emotional depth. Each painting tells a distinct story built through structure, color, and mood.
The artist is also involved in charitable activities, participating, among others, in:
the “Big Heart” auction under the patronage of the Mayor of Kraków,
The “Seed of Art – Garden of Hope” auction at the National Museum in Warsaw (2018).

Rozalia Wójcik’s works are held in private collections in Poland and abroad.
In her work, the artist moves freely between various themes and moods. As she emphasizes, each one allows her to tell a story about the world from a different perspective. Flowers become an expression of energy and spontaneity; portraits and figurative scenes—a reflection on humanity and emotions; while still lifes—an attempt to capture the beauty hidden in everyday objects. All these motifs complement one another, creating a cohesive, recognizable, and consistently evolving artistic vision.
