With carved and gilded frame elements, with an oval top and marble slab set into it, with a wide perch decorated with a scrolled ribbon, supported on four turned, tapered and cannelled legs, fastened by a crossed, wavy binding with a cone in the middle. Under the escutcheon festoons of flowers and leaves supported on ribbons. Cubes at the junctions of the supports with the jamb and joints, rosettes on the jamb cubes.
