She shaped her workshop during her studies at the Faculty of Art at the University of Rzeszow, where she received her diploma in the Interdisciplinary Studio under professors: Antoni Nickel, Marek Olszynski and Marek Pokrywka. Her works have been exhibited in Warsaw, Aveiro, Moscow, Gdynia, Krakow and many others. She is the winner of the plebiscite of the Academy of Effective Women in the category of Art 2021. A film "Passion counts" was made about her. Olga Szerstobitow is an artist sensitive to the world, art and people. Life is inextricably linked with beauty, goodness, which she expresses passionately with line, stain, light. However, her art is not "pretty pictures", the artist in her works contains questions through the image addressed to the viewer. What is important to her is the dialogue between her - the creator and the viewer.

"The world of Olga's paintings is a space of mystery of poetic mood with the depth of human feelings, premonitions, thoughts, imaginations, intuitions, longings as personal as universal, existing in every person, but to name them words are not enough. Hence the uniqueness of painting, her painting, which establishes an individual language, her own artistic form this world brings to a separate life. There is a lot of quiet solemnity in this world, especially in the painted nudes, tenderness and subtle passion with an aura that suggests as if these girls are unblemished. In symbolic multiplied body parts, they are immersed more in dreams than in reality. There is an impression of stopping a moment, a fragment of life, a certain activity - falling, an attempt to communicate, to meet the other, the viewer with herself."
