Tigran Vardikyan, born 1962 in Yerevan, Armenia. Painter, graphic designer, illustrator. Graduated from art high school and studied at the Faculty of Art Education of the Pedagogical Academy in Yerevan. Since 1991 he has lived in Poland, currently in Bielsko-Biala. He works in painting, satirical drawing, book and newspaper illustration. The artist's orbit of interest also includes designing computer games and toys. He has cooperated with Bielsko-Biala animation studios in the production of decorations and animation of cartoon characters. At present, he has devoted himself mainly to oil painting, creating works with fantastic, surrealist themes. He has had more than 30 solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
