A nice readable piece with the shallow minting characteristic of this issue.
Date deficient, on the reverse a crescent with a rose allowing the mintmaster to be attributed to Pierre Fleuriot and narrowing the date between 1577 and 1583.
Obverse: in the pearl border bust of the ruler in armor and laurel wreath, to the right, in the outer border legend:

Reverse: in the pearl rim a floral cross with a royal initial, in the outer rim a legend:
