Note: a great example of Aurelian's denarius. Aurelian's attempt to restore the denarius into general circulation ultimately failed. After Aurelian the denarius denomination was permanently discontinued. Virtually as struck and with almost full original silvering. Very rare in such an exceptional state of preservation.
