Obverse: within a beaded border, the crowned coat of arms of Gdańsk; in the outer border, a legend beginning with a rosette:

Reverse: within a beaded border, a royal bust in armor and a crown, facing right; in the outer border, a legend beginning with a rosette:
SIGIS*I*REX*PO*DO*TOCI*PR;
