The first Polish coin minted for Red Ruthenia (Halych), which was annexed by Poland in 1340.

A variant not mentioned in Kriżaniwskija’s specialized study (with three circles after REGIS, like 18 R8, but with a rosette without additional circles).
Obverse: a crowned letter K in a rosette, in the outer ring: + REGIS [three circles] POLONIE • K •.
Reverse: a crowned lion striding to the left; in the rim: [+ MONETA ◦ D']OI ◦ RVCZIE ◦ K.
