Biography
From 2009-12 she studied at the College of Fine Arts in Kazimierz Dolny, majoring in Graphic Arts. Then she continued her studies at the Faculty of Arts of Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, majoring in Graphic Arts. In 2014, she defended her master's degree and annex in painting. She was awarded a scholarship by the rector of the UMCS. Awards and prizes: First place in the competition for a poster promoting the development of LNG technology (2014), Third place in the Second National Art Contest for an illustration to the lyrics of songs by Jeremy Przybora for her work entitled. "Merry is the life of an old man" (2012); honorable mentions in competitions including: the 1st International Competition of Kashubian Visual Art CASSUBIA VISUALES, 2015; the 6th All-Polish Satirical Competition Manufaktura Satyry. Zyrardow 2015; Participation in numerous exhibitions: Grand Prix of Young Polish Graphics Krakow 2015 - post-competition exhibition; Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts, Krakow 2015; International post-competition exhibition - Satyrykon 2015, Copper Museum, Legnica 2015; II International Art Competition - Contemporary Landscape, post-competition exhibition, Municipal Art Gallery, Częstochowa 2015; IV Review of Young Art Fresh Blood - post-competition exhibition, SOCATO Gallery, Wroclaw 2014; IV and VI Painting Contest - Zadra 2011 and 2013 - post-competition exhibition, Zadra Gallery, Warsaw 2011 and 2013. In his paintings he takes up various issues concerning man and the social and cultural space in which he functions on a daily basis. He presents this in a metaphorical way. Through the use of various arrangements of geometric forms, he tries to create the illusion of a three-dimensional, abstract space. The works feature varied painting matter - juxtaposition of fragments of laser underpainting and charcoal sketching with dense paint texture, the paintings are characterized by a narrowed color range.
