Małgorzata Bańkowska was born in 1976 in Milanowek, Poland.
"Małgorzata Bańkowska described as a painter, sculptor, fetishist. Works
are filled with biomechanics and touch on the theme of incompleteness, which we can read
we can read as a kind of frailty. In these days of chasing
perfectionism it is not difficult to feel defective.
In strong tones, colors and scenes, themes of sexuality and
independence. We can interpret the mechatronic elements as a cultural pursuit of
for ideality, for fitting in. Margaret's paintings show us in a powerful way the
the consequences of the pursuit of which we become victims, sometimes slaves.
