Biography
Graduate of the Faculty of Art at the Pedagogical Academy in Cracow, where she received her diploma in painting in the studio of Dr. Aleksander Pienek. Between 2000 and 2010 she actively participated in numerous group exhibitions in Poland. Currently, she continues her individual creative work, combining painting with designing stage designs for theatrical performances. The main theme of her works is man, whom she depicts in a way she describes as "man seen from the inside." The artist most often depicts human figures in the form of wooden puppets, marionettes and stone statues, allowing these symbolic representations to tell their own short stories momentarily frozen in the painting.
