Art Deco chryselephantine bronze and ivory sculpture depicting a woman with the head, arms and feet made of elephant ivory (Loxodonta africana Blumenbach, 1797 or Elephas maximus Linnaeus, 1758) balancing on a sphere, resting on a marble base bearing the signature "Marten".
