Polish titan of sculpture, undisputed master, whose works stand throughout Europe. Igor Mitoraj (1944-2014), inspired, among other things, by antiquity, developed a distinctive style, the hallmark of which is the mouth - the artist's signature, so to speak. He focused on the human body - faces, torsos or heads. It was not uncommon to see scratches, scars or bandages on them.
