The BIRMET IV sculpture was made of brass and black granite. It is one of my
favorite - I have a feeling that it is close to what I planned to find. What I have in mind here is
the relationship of everything together, the relationship of each element to the other - the bust and the pedestal,
the colors in relation to the sculpture, the color structure, the balance and energy.

Konrad Antoni Ziolkowski - was born in Strzelin in 1981, grew up in a family of
artistic traditions. During his high school years, he created his own compositions and commissions
advertising. In 2001 he began his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. During his studies
studies he also participated in the creation and organization of festivals, exhibitions and shows
of art and multimedia. He was a member of the unofficial art group "El Niño". W
2006 he graduated from the Academy with honors in the sculpture studio of Professor Zbigniew Makarewicz.
Inspired by human nature, he creates his works in the spirit of cubism and expressionism,
manifested not only in forms, but primarily in color. With the help of these media
media, he tries to capture and encapsulate human feelings in matter and show their mutual
interactions, through the composition of interacting shapes and solids. In addition to sculpting
contemporary, he also works in classical sculpture, multimedia, computer graphics and animation.
